Kythira!
It is located on the south side of Kythera. The village is sparsely populated and consists of small settlements, built among beautiful natural surroundings. The view from the south of the village overlooks the islet of Hytra and the Cretan sea. In the area there is the cave of Agia Sophia Kalamou and the small but picturesque Chalkos beach. There are accommodation units in Kalamos.
