La chiesa \u00e8 composta da quattro piccole chiese con ingresso comune, dedicate ad Agios Dimitrios, quella nord-est a Panagia, quella nord ad Agios Nikolaos e quella nord-ovest a Michele Arcangelo. \u00c8 considerata una delle chiese bizantine pi\u00f9 importanti di Citera, con la sua iconografia bizantina che va dall&#8217;inizio del XIII secolo all&#8217;inizio del XIV secolo. \u00c8 un&#8217;opera d&#8217;arte straordinaria di geniale ispirazione architettonica, con originalit\u00e0 nella composizione e armonia nel ritmo.
